The project aimed to construct essential facilities for the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, enhancing the operational capacity of the Institute of Surveying and Land Management in Uganda. The scope of work included:
- Concrete production totaling 692 m³.
- Cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement with a total weight of 20,984 kg.
- Production and laying of masonry work covering 3,076 m².
- Fabrication and installation of 13,728 kg of roofing trusses in steelwork.
- Supply and installation of roof sheet covering spanning 1,133 m².
- Installation of steel windows and glass with a capacity of 225 m².
- Plastering and painting works covering 2,000 m².
- Floor and wall tiling over 2,450 m².
- Scaffolding with an approximate area of 3,500 m².
