This project involved the comprehensive construction of an office block, including:
- Concrete Production: 323 m³ of concrete was produced for the building.
- Steel Reinforcement: Cutting, bending, and fixing of 41,419 kg of steel reinforcement.
- Masonry Work: Production and laying of 2,179 m² of masonry.
- Roofing: Fabrication and installation of 12,828 kg of steel roofing trusses and roof sheet covering of 1,223 m².
- Windows and Glazing: Installation of steel windows and glass covering 325 m².
- Finishing Works: Plastering and painting of 2,232 m², and floor and wall tiling over 1,300 m².
- Scaffolding: Approx. 3,100 m² of scaffolding was utilized during construction.
- Access Road: Construction of a 2 km unpaved access road to facilitate site access.
