• Preliminaries: Initial activities to prepare the site and project for construction, including obtaining necessary permits and setting up construction logistics.
• Electrical Workshop: Constructing a dedicated workshop for electrical training, equipped with appropriate facilities to support practical learning.
• Plumbing Workshop: Developing a plumbing workshop designed to provide hands-on training for students in plumbing skills.
• Welding and Fabrication Workshop: Building a specialized workshop for welding and fabrication, ensuring students receive practical experience in metalworking.
• General External Works: Completing various external works around the institute facilities to improve accessibility and aesthetics.
• Day Works Schedules: Implementing day works schedules to manage ongoing tasks and ensure efficient workflow throughout the construction phase.
